To receive your free motion-sensing controller PlayStation Move, return all the following documents to the address listed below:
- receipts and proof of purchases (purchases made between 14 February and 28 February 2011),
- barcodes original discovery Pack PS Game Move and Sony Computer,
- your details on plain paper including Name, Mailing Address, Postal Code, City, Telephone Number and E-mail .
All documents should be sent to the address below between February 14, 2011 and March 7, 2011 Midnight
