L122 -6 - are forbidden:
1 The sale performed by the process called "snowballing" or other similar methods in particular that of providing goods the public by making it hoped to obtain these goods free of charge or against delivery of an amount less than their actual value and by making sales to a distribution of vouchers or tickets to third parties or accessions to the collection or inscriptions.
2 ° Proposing a person to collect memberships or enroll in a list of her demanding the payment of any consideration and making her hope of financial gain resulting from a rising number of people recruited or enrolled rather than the sale, supply or consumption of goods or services.
In the case of sales networks formed by chain recruitment of members or affiliates, is prohibited from obtaining from a member or affiliate of the network paid a sum equal to a right of entry or the acquisition of materials or services for educational, training, demonstration or sale or other similar equipment or services, when such payment results in a payment or award of a benefit granted to one or more members or affiliate network.
In addition, it is prohibited in these same networks to obtain a clearer or affiliate purchased a stock of goods for resale, with no guarantee of recovery of the stock conditions of purchase, minus possibly a sum not exceeding 10% of the price. This back guarantee, however, be limited to a period of one year after purchase.
